What We Offer

We offer high quality, up-to-date, customer-focused training.

Our training courses and workshops include:

  • All aspects of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, including self-harm and Prevent
  • Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE) in schools and colleges, including Mental Health Awareness, Politics & citizenship and Public speaking.
  • Mental Health First Aid (following the official curriculum of www.mhfaengland.org)

Our expert trainers have more than two decades’ worth of experience between them working with education providers – from Early Years staff, through to both staff and students in schools, colleges and universities – plus the third and private sectors. Both are passionate about delivering training and consultancy support to meet your needs.

COMING SOON – our Mental Health First Aid course.

Our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course is relevant to everyone who works with, lives with or supports young people aged 8-18.

The two-day course, which can be scheduled to suit you, will teach you the skills and confidence to spot the signs of mental health issues in a young person, offer first aid and guide them towards the support they need. In doing so, you can speed up a young person’s recovery and stop a mental health issue from getting worse.

But more than that, we aim to give you the information and skills to look after your own mental health so that you can set an example for young people. By giving you the tools to have these conversations, we hope to empower you to create a mentally healthy, supportive environment in your family, school, peer group or community.

We can deliver to groups of up to 16 people and charge the fee recommended by the MHFA of £300 per person, which includes an MHFA manual to keep and refer to whenever you need it. When you complete the two days you’ll get a certificate to say you are a Mental Health First Aider.
